The class theme was insight and inspiration and unlocking the creative spirit. Just at that time I was working on a difficult instructional design project and I had no idea of how to move forward. I was creatively stuck. I attended your class, went home, and my brain was completely full of great ideas. I woke up the next day and typed out a very well received workshop.
On our way home from Afterschool Yoga tonight, “I feel magical when I do yoga. I feel like when I move my arms, there’s a light coming out of my hands.” Thank you for our great Wednesdays!!!
That class was ‘mindfully delicious!’
I like being at Anahata. (It’s) safe, teachers lead but students are supposed to do the exploring in and on selves. No simple answers but lots of encouragement and guidance. How many times have I heard It’s your practice! that saying is embedded in my mind.
Kathy, Liz and Joan and the rest of the staff have done good and are continuing to do good in the yoga world.
Kathy has a way of leaving me feeling incredibly relaxed and in touch with my own goodness. Her gentle teaching style conveys a beautiful sense of kindness and light.
Kathy’s yoga classes have taught me to enjoy the peace and serenity of yoga practice. As a senior new to yoga, I love the way she teaches strength, flexibility, and breathing. We leave every class with a smile on our faces!
Kathy’s class allowed me to practice yoga with ease and grace. I was not “in shape” and not young by any stretch of the imagination… but found I was able to follow her movement instructions with ease. During these classes I have had deep and profound insights into my inner issues which provided an opportunity to release them as they surfaced. As a result, I am more flexible (physically, emotionally, mentally & spiritually) and more connected to and conscious of who I truly am.
Liz was meant to be a yoga instructor. She has a talent for getting you relaxed and comfortable in your poses, senses your needs, gently guides you, and encourages you to really connect mind, body, and spirit.
Slow Flow yoga with Liz is FANTASTIC! Great way to spend a Wednesday morning.
