For Boys and Girls Ages 10-13
Through creative, interactive, and engaging activities, participants will explore yoga concepts and practices that will teach self-awareness, self-confidence, build strength, balance and flexibility both on and off the mat. Classes will include yoga, as well as breathing techniques, meditation, and other ways to calm and relax both body and mind.
