Gentle Yoga classes are meditative, fluid, and soothing, suitable for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. You experience slow movements to warm the body and release muscular tension, breathing techniques to calm the nervous system, and simple postures coordinated with breath to build safety and stability.
What to expect in our Gentle Yoga Class...Classes begin with warm-up movements and breath awareness to prepare you for yoga postures. The heart of each class is a sequence of postures that stretch, strengthen, and balance your body. Each class ends with a deep relaxation (Savasana) and meditation.
